Book Buzz at the D.C. Public Library--Year 2

Monday, October 17, Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library, 901 G St., NW Washington, D.C. Hear publishing representatives highlight the best new books AND enjoy a free lunch! Children's and YA publishers will appear in the morning from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Publishers of adult books will present from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. The following groups will be represented: Sterling, Disney, Hachette, Norton, Harper, Sourcebooks, MacMillan, McGraw Hill, Penguin, Perseus, Random House, Workman. Join librarians and book lovers from around the region on Monday, October 25, for the D.C. Public Library's first ever Book Buzz! Ten publishers will be traveling from New York to present their hot spring titles. The group includes Sterling, Disney, Hachette, Harlequin, HarperCollins, Macmillan, Norton, Penguin, Perseus, Random House, and Workman. The morning session, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. will focus on children's and teen titles. The afternoon session, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. will highlight adult books. Both groups will meet in Room 417 at the Martin Luther King, Jr.
